The business is an extension of Michael's personality: warm, relaxed, caring. We bring a no-nonsense approach to solving client problems and while we’re focused on delivering great results for clients, we have a calm, considered approach to getting the job done. Authenticity is important. We’re not trying to be anything we’re not. What you see is what you get. This all flows through to our office environment, and the staff who deliver on our promises to clients. Our office is relaxed and welcoming, and our staff are friendly and caring, not pushy or pressuring. No flashy suits and ties or rows of cubicles. It’s more like a family than a company. We embrace the latest technology to work smarter, not harder, so we can give our clients maximum value and effectiveness. Another point of difference is our focus on clear communication. We don’t tell you what to do; we take the time to understand your needs, then provide a range of options and educate you on the pros and cons of each so you can make the best decision for your needs.
